Itinerary
Day 1: Saigon - Cau Ke
Pick up at your hotel in Saigon and drive to Cau Ke town.
On arrival you will check in homestay and have lunch.
In the afternoon you will walk or cycle through the villages to Ba Mi. You will see how local farmers work on their rice paddy or local gardeners does their gardening (growing vegetables or fruit trees). Visit Ba Mi church and school (there is no schooling during summer vacation from May till September). Finish your walking/cycling at a Khmer pagoda before getting back to homestay.
Have dinner. Overnight at homestay

After breakfast, you will walk or ride your bicycle through Khmer villages such Canh Dal, Tra Khao, Giong Lon to see how local people make their living or talk to the local elderly about wars that happened in the areas. Then get on the bus awaiting at the big road to go to Cau Ke Market, you will visit the market and the Huynh Ky ancient house before transfer back to Saigon
