Booking a Vietnam Bicycle Travel cycling adventure is easy and we try to do everything possible to make sure you have full flexibility and peace of mind. We do not require a deposit to hold your place on a tour and once full payment has been made your money is protected in our client account and you have the flexibility to cancel or change your booking if needed.

We also require that you take out Travel Insurance when you book your holiday. Besides covering you during your holiday it will also enable you to claim for any money that you have paid to us, including your deposit, should you have to cancel your trip.

There are no discounts applied to our tours for late bookings. If you are booking less than 30 days before departure we require full payment at the time of booking. We do occasionally offer promotions on select tours.

You can make payments either by credit/debit card -- Visa, MasterCard. The easiest way to pay is to visit the secure payments page, details of which will be sent to you when you book.

If you prefer not to pay by credit card, you can make an international transfer by CHAPS or SWIFT or We have online payment : 9 Pay, which is very secure and easy.

Note: International transfer fees or charges may not be deducted from the amount listed on your invoice. These fees are an additional charge that the transferor is responsible for paying.

Full payment must be paid 60 days before the departure date with fees for any bicycle rental(s), single supplement(s) and extra hotel nights.

Our confirmation will include personal details you provided us (including your flight information), visa application advice, a packing suggestion list and a detailed tour itinerary. It will also include a checklist to ensure you get everything ready for your holiday.

For those who have been on several long tours with us we reward customer loyalty by offering repeat customers a special discount off the tour price (excludes single supplement and bike rental).

If this is your fourth scheduled tour or more you will receive a 5% discount.

If this is your eighth scheduled tour or more we will extend a 10% discount.

The discount will be reflected in your online booking, but please contact us if any questions.

Loyalty discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Note: Only tours of 7 days or more will be applicable for loyalty discount.

Once your tour is Guaranteed to Depart—check the trip status on this website or with our office—you can book your flight. We would only cancel a trip for an extreme circumstance, but in that case, where we cancel your trip, we cannot be liable for losses incurred relating to any flight booking you have made. Please claim any losses from your travel insurance that you acquired when you booked your holiday.

All cyclists must take out travel insurance before joining a Vietnam Bicycle Travel  tour of four days or more. Vietnam Bicycle Travel has partnered with World Nomads to provide you with a competitive rate.. Or here’s a helpful site to compare policies and rates.

If any of the information given on your booking form should change, e.g. passport number or contact details, it is important that you advise us immediately. Most changes to your personal details can be done through you’re your trip.

If you wish to add bike rental to your booking, please let us know through your trip. We will make the necessary arrangements and send you a revised account statement, due for payment no later than 45 days prior to departure.

Yes it does, as we recommend helmets are worn at all times when riding and insist they are worn whilst riding downhill or off road.

Yes, if you wish to transfer your booking to an alternative departure or tour more than 45 days prior to the departure, we will be happy to do so at no fee to you.

If the booked tour is less than 45 days from departure, then there may be some deduction of admin charges, however these will be at the discretion of the company and will depend on any non refundable costs incurred to date.
